As one of the largest academic events in RCSA history, the enVision Conference will be entering its sixth year; bringing together participants from the top business schools in the country and providing them with a platform to broaden their knowledge on current business trends and allowing them to develop skills essential for future success in the workplace and in their communities as business leaders. As a business trends conference, enVision boasts a unique set of workshops which focus on recent events and current business topics. These specifically designed workshops, which encourage delegates to debate, strategize and engage with one another, also provide delegates with the valuable opportunity to develop their soft skills, such as networking practices.

Since its establishment in 2007, enVision has evolved tremendously in scope and structure. Every year enVision Conference has seen drastic improvements shifting from pure soft skill workshops and pure industry panel discussions to a more integrative approach which has garnered much praise from participants and sponsors.  Since its establishment, the Conference has developed from a one-day conference into a multi-day conference that welcomes not only Rotman Commerce students but business students from all over the country. This year, enVision 2012 hopes to attract external delegates from the United States as well as local students from other programs to further enhance networking opportunities among participants and to nurture the most dynamic discussions possible.

Each year, the enVision Conference receives astonishing feedback from delegates, faculty, speakers, and sponsors. In the past, delegates have come from the University of British Columbia, McMaster University, Queen’s University, the Schulich School of Business, the Ted Rogers School of Management, all three campuses of the University of Toronto, and many others.

Since it's inception, the enVision conference has attracted top businesspeople to speak to our motivated delegates. Highligthts of these top caliber speakers include Roger Martin (Dean of the Rotman School of Management), Rob MacLellan (CIO of TD Bank Financial Group), Don Morrison (COO of Research in Motion), Steve Ralph (President of Adidas Canada) and Ted Maulucci (CIO of Tridel Corporation), just to name a few.
