Edward Jonasson -- CFO of Intertainment Media Inc.
Edward Jonasson is Chief Financial Officer at Intertainment Media Inc. serving as the Company’s senior financial officer overseeing all financial reporting and compliance activities. Mr. Jonasson has more than 15 years of business experience. Prior to joining the Company in 2010, Mr. Jonasson was Vice President, Corporate Controller at Open Text Corporation and previously held senior finance positions at DWL Incorporated (acquired by IBM September 2005) and Perle Systems Limited. Mr. Jonasson began his career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). Mr. Jonasson is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and a US Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Western Ontario and a MBA degree from the University of Toronto.

Janet Annesley -- Vice President of Communication at CAPP
Janet Annesley is Vice President of Communications for the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP). CAPP represents companies, large and small, that explore for, develop and produce natural gas and crude oil throughout Canada. CAPP’s member companies produce about 90 per cent of Canada’s natural gas and crude oil. CAPP's associate members provide a wide range of services that support the upstream crude oil and natural gas industry. Together CAPP's members and associate members are an important part of a $110-billion-a-year national industry that provides essential energy products. Janet joined CAPP in 2009 from Shell Canada Energy where she was Senior Manager of Stakeholder Engagement and Major Projects Communications for Shell’s oil sands business, a post she held from 2004. A native Calgarian, Janet graduated from Mount Royal College. She resides in Calgary with her husband and dog.

Nathon Gunn -- CEO of Social Game Universe
Nathon Gunn is a new media entrepreneur and founder of Social Game Universe, a Toronto-based social games developer. He also co-founded the multimedia studio Bitcasters, helped start Citytv and MuchMusic Interactive, and supervised and implemented internet strategy for the former Canadian Prime Minister, Paul Martin. In 2009, his philanthropic game History Game Canada, won a MacArthur Foundation award for Innovation in Participatory Learning. He also has won awards for various commercial and artistic endeavors such as short films and major-label music videos, including PromaxBDA Awards for Games and On Air Promotions for his work with the Family Channel and MuchMusic Video Awards for Our Lady Peace’s “In Repair” (Spiritual Machines).Gunn currently serves as CEO of Social Game Universe, which has soft-launched two social games on Facebook – Hollywood Tycoon and Avastar – and has created a new ad banner platform, IGAPI, that leverage social media and game mechanics.

Ted Maulucci (CIO, Tridel Group of Companies)
Ted Maulucci is the Chief Information Officer for the Tridel Group of Companies. The Tridel group is Canada’s leading developer of Condominiums with companies representing various aspects of the multi-family real estate sector. These companies include construction, legal, energy management, property management, rental, furnished suite, and home automation. Mr. Maulucci has been with the Tridel Group for over fifteen years, leading the information technology group for the last ten. Mr. Maulucci has an undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business with a specialization in Real Property Development.

Mike Stern -- Business Development/Sales Xtreme Labs
Mike Stern is a mobile strategist, with extensive experience in the sale, design and monetization of mobile application projects. Currently, Mike leads the Business Development team at Xtreme Labs and spends much of that time consulting with new and existing clients on their mobile roadmap. Prior to Xtreme Labs, Mike worked in Venture Capital and also advised internet start-ups in Toronto. Mike holds an MBA from the Sauder School of Business in Vancouver and a BA from McGill University in Montreal.

Farhan Thawar -- Vice President of Engineering, Xtreme Labs
Named one of “Toronto’s Top 25 Most Powerful People In 2010” (http://bit.ly/em- D8WA), Farhan is a well-known and respected figure in the city’s tech community. Before joining the Xtreme team, Farhan held the positions of Chief Software Architect at I Love Rewards, the Head of Search & MSN Platform for Microsoft Canada and Technical Lead at Trilogy Software. In addition to being a programming and engineering guru for Xtreme Labs, Farhan also uses his wealth of industry and mobile expertise to mentor aspiring mobile and tech startups.
Farhan has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo and an MBA in Financial Engineering from Rotman.
Vincent John Vincent -- Co-CEO, president and co-founder of Gesture Tek and Gesture Tek Health
Vincent John Vincent is the co-founder and creative force behind GestureTek Inc., the inventors, pioneers & world leaders for 25+ years in video gesture control computing. He and Francis MacDougall invented and patented Gesture Xtreme, a “full body immersive virtual reality”, where the user’s real-time image appears on screen and interacts with the virtual objects. Thousands of systems have been used in public engagement and education, as well as rehabilitation (IREX). Technology and patents were licensed to Sony’s EyeToy and Microsoft’s XBOX Vision/Kinect cameras. Vincent was the world’s first VR performer; performing worldwide from 1986 onward. In 1999, GestureTek invented GestureFX which turned any surface (floors, walls, tables, windows) into interactive gesture controlled displays. From this evolved Illuminate Multitouch tables/vertical panels. In 2000, they invented GestPoint, with 2D/3D depth cameras, for 3D gesturing to point and control content on any display, at any distance. In 2003, Vincent was honored with a Canadian New Media Lifetime Achievement Award.
John Comacchio -- CIO of Teknion
As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, John is responsible for providing enterprise-wide technology vision and leadership, and for the planning, development and implementation of operating efficiency and information technology initiatives. Prior to joining Teknion Corporation, John was a Principal in the e-Integration Practice of KPMG Consulting Inc., where, as a member of the senior management team of the practice, he was responsible for delivering the highest standards of information technology consulting service to executive level clients. In addition, John was General Manager of the Toronto office of the internet professional services firm US Interactive where he was responsible for establishing and growing the Toronto office. Prior to US Interactive, John was the Information Technology Officer at Nissan Canada Inc., where he was responsible for planning, implementing and managing information systems and technology solutions for sales, distribution, marketing, finance, and customer service divisions. In 2010 he joined the Board of the Ability Online Network, a non-profit organization that provides an engaging on-line community for kids with disabilities. He is also a member of the IDC CIO Research Review Board, Masergy Customer Advisory Board, and the Institute of Corporate Directors. John holds a Master of Business Administration, granted by the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.
Eugene Gierczak -- Registered Patent and Trademark Agent, Miller Thomson LLP
Eugene Gierczak is the national chair of the firm's Intellectual Property and Information Technology Group. He provides advice on all aspects on intellectual property law including litigation. Eugene Gierczak has a long established history of drafting original patent applications covering a variety of technologies with a focus on the chemical and mechanical fields, with a particular expertise on fluid processing methods. He prosecutes patents to issuance in Canada and worldwide. He has extensive expertise in the preparation and prosecution of trade mark, copyright and design applications, as well as trademark opposition and expungement proceedings in Canada, the United States and Europe.
